Meet With Octoscore

Octoscore uses machine learning and statistical models for sport analytics. Since two years we have conducted research effort in order to give the most accurate and reliable probability estimates of sport event given the data we observed. Our data scientists imagine for you the best models of machine learning to offer you a best predictive algorithm. To achieve this degree of reliability, we use our database which contains of a history data of thousands of football matches. Each match is characterized by hundreds of statistical indicators that our models use to accurately measure the probability of a future event.

Data driven

No human compartmental bias. We only use historical data of hundred of thousand matches to train our models.

Dynamic

Updated on a daily basis. The new information are processed and incorporated to the model parameters.

Probabilistic

Our goal is measuring the probability of a given event as precise as it is mathematically possible.

Predictability

We measure the quality of our prediction in time so you can follow the performance of data driven models.

Every day Octoscore is computing prediction for upcoming matches up to two weeks. Based on new information the models are updated to provide:

Winner

Probability of home win, draw and away win.

Correct score

Non zero probability of a given score.

Over / Under

Probability of total number of goals scored.

Both team to score

Probability that both team scores.

To appreciate the quality of our forecasts, we generate a predictability index of the league that makes us usable and understandable
